Yeah that’s true.

If death certificate have been issued, then she is officially widow.

And if he wants to claim rights on Pallavi then I guess Mandar also needs to prove that he is the real Mandar for the marriage to sustain and the death certificate had been fake.

Yeah but even if he proves he is the real Mandar still Pallavi and his marriage will stand dissolved since he was officially declared dead and not assumed dead. Their marriage has been dissolved on the grounds of death of spouse because there was solid evidence that he was dead and this won’t be reversed just because he happens to be alive.

There is no reason for officials to issue false death certificate. So even if he proves he is the real Mandar then also the death certificate will remain very much real.

So I think technically he can’t claim any rights on Pallavi.

Raghvi marriage is completely legal and Raghav would have to divorce Pallavi and unless this happens there is nothing that Mandar can do.

The thing is that D fam may be seen emotionally blackmailing and manipulating Pallavi but legally I don’t think they have any say/pull in the matter.

And I really don’t see Pallavi leaving Raghav. She has accepted Raghav as her husband and so I don’t see her giving his place or his rights to any other man especially when she knows that she loves Raghav because not only does she herself not want to do it but also because it would be morally wrong.

My preference would be that this is the real Mandaar and he is a good guy. Pallavi can divorce both her husbands and this time choose to marry Raghav willingly.

Mandaar and she were just never meant to be.

The story would be so much more powerful this way and I would really love to see this.

Obviously iska impact will be much more powerful but I really don’t see this happening and not just because it’s an ITV show but also because in this scenario justifying Pallavi staying in Hyderabad will not be possible.

When she divorces Mandar even though she can maintain a good relationship with aayi and kaka and Nikhil but she can never go back and stay with them as she used to and if she divorces Raghav as well she can’t stay with the Raos and akele Hyderabad mein rhna won’t make sense and iss case mein wese bhi Siddhesh will take her back so how will she choose Raghav.

I know what you are trying to say though. Raghvi starting afresh as semi friends/ people who love each other but won’t say it and then both will realise that they love each other and that never changed and after this them getting remarried.

Isliye I am settling for someone taunting Raghav about the way they got married and Raghav wanting to give Pallavi the wedding she always dreamed of.

And we already know Mandar is a shady character so what I want is for him to behave goody good in front of Pallavi and everyone so she chooses him but despite him being a good man in Pallavi’s eyes she chooses Raghav because she loves him. In this way Pallavi will be seen following her heart and it also won’t seem like she is choosing good over bad.

Yes, exactly. If it's written well then the audience will be rooting for her to choose Raghav and following her heart.

No, she shouldn't stay in Hyderabad. That's the whole point! She should go to Kolhapur. It would be ironic that the one who'd been wanting to send her out of Hyderabad in the beginning will himself leave Hyderabad to go and spend time with her, woo her, etc. business be damned. And it would be totally believable because Raghav Rao is exactly that kind of crazy lover.

This story has the potential to become an epic but I will try not to get my hopes up. CVs are you reading this??

Yeah this would be amazing if they show a Kolhapur track and Raghav following her there like a lovesick puppy.

You are right Raghav would be exactly this kind of a lover.

Yeh actually epic hoga if it’s well written and portrays the scenario so well ki audience also root for Pallavi to follow her heart and choose Raghav and audience also feels like saying “jaa pallu jee le apni zindagi”

Excuse the DDLJ reference please 😆
