See, I thought that Virat's reaction today was perfectly in line with his character. He was full of rage and we all saw that. He even crossed the line with Pakhi in his anger. He cannot bear a single tear in Sai's eyes, and he will not tolerate anyone hurting her. But, today, the most important thing to him is Sai's happiness on her birthday. She kept telling everyone to move on, but no one was listening. Everyone was going on and on about the drama. He wanted to respect her wishes and not ruin the day any further, so he went and cut the cake with her. I think that everything he did today shows how deeply he cares about her happiness....and I think it is a more powerful indication of how he respects her feelings rather than if he had kept the drama going and just been upset for the rest of the night.
