There are lots of legal hassles too in construction business.

And its very tricky too.. Pata laga you are supposed to be paid after its completed and zameen ka panga padh gaya... people literally have hire goons to get payment.

Also, another issue is workers se kaam karana ain't no easy task. Ahaan doesn't have the personality only.. kuch aur dikha dete usko.. lol

Nothing against anyone but in terms of deadlines, safety codes etc - it was better off had they not involved that office. I remember eventually we had to send a team to stay there for some time overseeing the work up close and personal. I was not sent because of safety issues and our company's safe workplace policy.

And in contrast, within India only ... one project dealt with an office in Bangalore and it was much better - not the best but definitely better and it could be handled without sending any team there.

again, company performance also doesn’t depend on geography.
though I agree; that Delhi is not the safest of places for the girls. My friends from Mumbai tells that there, things in that aspect are more chill

true.

And about the land hurdle, it’s more prominent in Haryana and UP. Delhi mein govt. has centralised a lot of things and there are various fees and procedures that don’t happen in other parts of the country.

IMO, there is a huge difference between culture of Mumbai and Delhi, cannot comment on Bangalore.

it’s your experience, I don’t think it’s right to generalise it.

I like your version better. At least it sounds believable😆 Or maybe Ahaan's struggle was buying a lottery ticket with his tiffin money after which they won the first prize and that was his struggle😳

ishqaan romance was cute, but room mein lock hai toh use karo naa! 🤣

kartik 😎 yes acha hai. tum ache god father ho. u know its too soon for nandkishore to come by. 😆

ishqi's 'pair chulu' was classic. mujhe tom n jerry ki yaad aa gayi. kaise woh jaake every 2 seconds ungli karta 🤣

the precap was good. i m bored of the pink tee shirt though. aur kuch nahi hai kya? 🤔 neon green pehenaao isko. ped lagega atleast 🤔. kyuki shirt n tie toh banwaaye hi nahi hain iske liye haina? 😵

even chachaji was in suit. but yeh apni pinky mein hi khish hai.

yaar white or pastel shirt hota toh shower scene ka impact bhi kitna acha aata.

chachiji - bhabhiji toh ekdum settled lag rahi thi.

that means chachiji had doubts on dadi. she dint believe dadi. 👏

loved sonu today. 👏
