Season 2 is a must

The latest episode hasn't been uploaded for me yet so I can't comment on that ..I loved SA frm the beginning , lost track in the middle and started rewatching , covering it all up..

The theme of this show has always been good , and realistic. The treatment has always been different with cliche elements of stupid plotting by alok and stupid vamps like devi and shagun . Plus , adorable characters like shaurya , anokhi, gayitri , kanchan, Shaan, aastha and anokhis family ..I won't deny I expected a slower version where they focused on shaurya aastha , Shaan shaurya anokhi shaurya better..now that they have started doing it , it's time to wrap up..a season 2 will be very much appreciated .

Shaurya and anokhis journey has been very real..in love people lose their grounds..they don't anticipate the problems that lies ahead. It's a different hunky dory world till reality hits..anokhi has always been stubborn and impulsive while shaurya loses his cool quickly ..one of the best scenes as per me was the maang filling one where anokhi clearly spells out the problems that lies ahead of them..she was very clear on what problems they may have to confront...that's the reason I expect her to be more receptive and mature in this relationship.

Coming to the point, This huge debate over a girls dreams of having a career and her balancing out the sasural and career both , it's a very noble idea but extremely difficult to execute perfectly...it reminds me of a dialoue from one of my fav movies..ye Jawani hai diwani..in which deepika says "no matter how much you try , kuch toh kahin reh hi jaayega " ...it holds true in every situation of life....so if anokhi thinks she can manage both , even if she is successful, some things will def change , some will be compromised , some will be sacrificed ,some will be ignored ..probably in s2 they will start with kuch rang anokhi and shaurya ke pyar ke ..u got the drift 😆

Probably if anokhi was living with aastha she will have a life of her choice ..bec no responsibilities at home..for that aastha sacrificed her son , her husband and her rights. I know she did it for her parents and I love her for this..what I am trying to say is , she was able to do it bec was independent... Probably if tomorrow anokhi chooses not to have children , she can have a bright career instead ..to manage both career and home , a woman needs an extremely supportive husband AND in laws AND her own choice of not having children , not being able to spend too much time with husband and family..I see a fundamental flaw in anokhis dreams but then that's how they will grow and learn..

I wanna ask all the working women reading this..if you were given an opportunity to fulfill your dreams, and you were successful , is there a satisfaction that you were allowed to pursue your dreams? Was everything achieved ? same goes for a housewife too..in the end what matters is satisfaction over choosing something which they r so passionate about..a husband /marriage also requires attention, children too, family and home too...is it so , that a woman can have a career only if they choose to stay single ? The challenges that come with being a housewife or a career needs to be addressed ..problem is , they.pick up petty issues like making breakfast lunch dinner.. cmon cNt shaurya afford servants?

A husband's support is never absolute. Never. Any person would go by his own thinking too. Their judgement , their wishes ..how they want things to be..so anokhi also needs to tone down her expectations of shaurya fighting all battles for her...shaurya did promise her but theory and practical is different ...

I don't mind shaurya snapping at little things.. its OK.. its in his nature..what matters is , anokhi is able to read him better than any other person..he will be put in a difficult spot again and again by his family ..and he needs to find a middle way ...it looks at though he has been made a referee 😆 Hamesha adalat hi lagi rehti hai ghar mein ..that too is real..

What I don't appreciate is quitting ..aastha gave up everything , I don't want anokhi to follow her footsteps..THaT will be a real message..I hope get a season 2 or SA shift to the web ..sorry for the long post 😆

I would say makers messed up story big time... They should have introduced all of these tracks much much earlier than today!

It was so much needed and this was central to the show. DJs shouldn't have divulge completely into falling in love and then boom bring it back on track.. Rather it should have been parallel.. Where Anokhi would fall/falls deeper with every step Shaurya takes. And so does Shaurya who helps her grow.

With key tracks coming towards end, is not going to be more than rushed wrap up. I sincerely hope they do show Season 2 and given makers did consider shifting to OTT, but budget constraints couldn't be adjusted outright was an issue.. We will get it after hiatus or something.. Or show the show completely revamp dealing with major issues on different channel... Atleast real biases and focus will be addressed.

I am happy to see these tracks.. but the time is so limited... That am sure.. the closing of the tracks won't be that great. I so wish we were at least given 3 months more...

But a season 2 would be great too..

I am thankful that though Anokhi respects her in-laws Nd wants to do all that they Tell her... She s fighting for her rights and Soch and not compromising on them.

And m.happy that Shaurya is still not completely changed.. cause that would be so illogical.. no one can change completely but they can try and think differently and come to a middle path.. that is most logical.

It's just that in the midst of all these... You really miss out on some light cute moments... To diffuse the intensity.. but then with time constraints... It's the best we can get..

But full credits to the writers to bring up and point the issues..

I honestly have no idea why did I even continue watching it after Kapurthala track.

But as in some other post... Anokhi being bright and happy with being addressed as Mrs. Saberwal just two weeks back. All of those dialogues in precap, about being property and all didn't gel well with her reaction right after sindoor marriage... She should have maintained the stance and argued back then as she was still shown sensible even when in love. You really don't need to be blind in love.. His insecurities should have been brought up earlier maybe during conference sequence or something...

I am hell sure fans would have enjoyed it! No matter what and it would have had time for logical conclusion too! I am just hoping they do have some cliff hanger that can give hope for return... In thr sense.. Anokhi should be off to abroad... Like in DJs previous show where Nia went abroad for her career and Kabir was like supportive fiance with her khadoos dad..

Balancing husband, children, family, career is one thing and dealing with toxic in-laws is another thing. Little adjustment problems crop up in every sasural but these Sabharwals try to deliberately create problems for Anokhi. They least care about Shaurya's happiness. Living with them is like inviting troubles for yourself. That is why Shaurya should at least realise that expecting Anokhi to survive in that toxic household will be too much of a burden for her. I want them to move out. One of the reasons is that I want Tejvi clan to pay for destroying Shaan's family.

Moving out doesn't mean breaking all ties. It also doesn't mean all the problems between the couple will be resolved. They will have problems because of their different personalities, different expectations.

Astha and Anokhi's situations are quite different. Her parents were involved and she didn't want to make any compromises in that matter. We have very little insight into what exactly happened in the past. We don't know the extent of Shaan's support if there was any support at all. Did he ever ask her to come back and they will together find a way out? I doubt. Because in the beginning itself he made her quit her job. Also, Aastha tries to avoid conflict especially in cases where Shaurya is involved. She can be quite strong and resilient in other matters. The reasons couples move apart can be many and not every time it means that they are quitting because they can't cope.

As for satisfaction, it is women who are conditioned in a way that if they are unable to do much for their own family and children, they are made to feel incomplete. There have been many examples of men, some famous ones who had to overlook their own family for a greater cause. I doubt they ended up feeling unsatisfied with the life they led. Like you have said, Anokhi wants both career and family. So she will have to make little bit of compromises in both the areas. Will she be able to shelter a girl who ran away from her family in her house and then drive her to the railway station in the middle of the night and risk her own reputation and that of Sabharwal family? Well, an ITV FL can do everything.

I don't want this show's message to be that where Aastha failed Anokhi will succeed because she is stronger but instead patriarchy can be harmful for both men and women and men should also take a stand against it. Shaurya should realise it and rebel against his deeply misogynistic family when he sees them coming in the way of Anokhi's dreams. He should see how he never had to struggle to have a career of his choice but Anokhi is having to because his family is holding her back.

Though I see a lot of members clamouring for season 2, and really it wd be a dream come true, bt will nt be so. Sitaara at the end of the day is a money making institution, so it won't be investing in something that is nt bringing them enough profits. If the show had garnered high trps it wd hv gvn it a thought.

Agreed. But to me owing to her age, I was still able to digest her mooning to some extent. Because I have seen that in so many girls at that age so maybe , due to my experience it felt okay okay. Plus I have a totally different concept of their love story progress in my head so...

Sindoor shaadi .. she took a stand and her own feelings wore her down. I too wish she had taken a stronger stand. And maybe dealt with both their issues slowly. Would have been better. As to been called Mrs Sabarwal, the first time she said it, was her own realisation and acceptance of the 'sindoor' echoing his words and the magnanimous shift that had taken place in her life. After that mostly only Shaurya has called her that.

There was a scene when she went to the conference, where Shaurya called her Anokhi Bhalla, her pride and happiness was unparalleled. She was shocked and happy with the address. That made me think back then only that she would want to maintain this identity. So to me this does not feel sudden or illogical. Also, society is conditioned to call women Mrs so and so, but doing it legally is another ball game.

Show had a limited loyal niche fanbase. They would have stuck around but maybe enjoyed it more and we would had had more discussions on it!

I honestly think, like most of us here, they will either walk out of that house or it will be the abroad study scene to conclude it.

I feel we only should write the script for S2 and give, they can save some money there and put it in making the s2

Anokhi can manage her studies, job and other responsibilities if Shaurya supports and helps her. Shaurya has to understand this. He keeps talking as if it is only Anokhi's responsibility to balance everything. As her husband he is also responsible. That will be the actual support he would be giving to Anokhi for pursuing her dreams. First he has to understand that his BM is troubling Anokhi.

Shaurya had arranged this surprise marriage just before her final exams and then expecting her to manage everything. He is not happy with what is happening and his insecurities are building up. Hope Shaan or Aastha have a talk with him and make him realize what Anokhi is going through and how BM is troubling her.

Shaurya also needs to understand the actual reason for his parents marriage failure. He should know that if only Shaan had supported Aastha they could have lived together as a happy family. Initially Aastha gave up her career for her marriage but later when she had to work to support her parents she did not get any support from Shaan. That is the reason she had to walk out. Shaurya should understand this.

Once the issues with BM are solved or if ShaKhi move out they may not have any major problems. Actual clashes will start again when they have a child. I really hope we get a season 2 with a short leap where we can see Anokhi as a career woman and having a child and the problems that ShaKhi are facing.
