To plan a surprise party.. for a girl who already feels unloved .. what’s the point of making the girl feel miserable the whole day .. the day has been spoilt .. nobody wished her .. she went to the temple in a sad mood .. and then in the night spring surprise

I would really cheer .. if her friends in college check FB .. and wish her happy birthday there .. and insist on her taking them out for a birthday outing in the evening..

It will serve virat n aai right for taking her for granted..

Wouldn't it be something if Sai comes back home all excited with gifts from her college friends, especially Ajinkya.😆

Small trinkets of gifts between college friends are always nice .. it would look inappropriate that Ajinkya will gift Sai something intimate .. considering she’s married ..

but friends giving her tshirts , wallets , earrings ( costume ones) mugs will look cute ..

Yes I also did not like the idea. What is the point in making the girl sad and neglected for half of the day?

Oh, I am not saying that Ajinkya should gift her something intimate, but considering that Virat's jealousy gets triggered at the slightest mention (or even non-mention) of Ajinkya, I think it would be hilarious if he thought that Ajinkya got ahead of him at wishing Sai for her birthday and gifting her (even if it was something innocent like a medical book).

I think the logic is that Sai is s child at heart so she will love a "surprise" and the degree of surprise will eventually be enough to get over feeling sad/lonely in the day. But what does not sit right is that Virat saw her get up and take out her dads photo and finger it affectionately having a silent conversation with him in her head, wiping her tears. So after seeing that Virat's reaction should be more "bhaad mein gaya surprise, cant see Sai so upset, I'm gonna wish her" especially coz they already showed us how Virat was telling Sunny he really wants to be the first person to wish her at midnight.

Eventually Sai is gonna be very surprised and touched and happy but we know pp will ruin it. So is it really worth watching her feel so sad/lonely for 14-15 hours of her birthday?! Assuming party happens at 5pm then she has been sad for 17 hours! (12 midnight to 5pm)

Definitely it's a stupid idea! The family could have gone to the mandir or college and surprised her or invited her to a beautiful place outside and clebrated her birthday there in the morning itself. They are leaving her upset (who's supposed to be happy on her special day) till it is evening.

They could have at least wished her in the morning and kept the party in the evening a surprise!

I feel it’s a lesson for all surprise givers to consider all this before planning a surprise..when I was watching this on Saturday.. I told my husband it’s a stupid idea .. and he agreed..

Exactly. As her husband Virat should have gone to the mandir before she reached there and stood beside her praying for her! How nice the scene would be! Spoiling her whole morning doesn’t make sense at all.
