Whatever might be the reason trps are a major contributor .Even before the wedding track the trps were not great . I agree ..Its not about trps only..there were creative differences too.

I wish star gave PH enough time to complete the story irrespective of the trps

I dont know much how the financials work on OTT platform but even if they move OTT they will have to come up with new season or they have to leave it at a cliffhanger n continue on OTT.but OTT platforms are risky as we saw the fate of another popular show that went ott had to be pulled out

I fail to understand even if they get extension on SP or SPBharat they already closed all important tracks like AStha n Rammi Bhalla what other tracks could they come up to increase trps during the extension period .Since the news came up of off air i have been thinking n going bonkers what are they upto.

Now just want to njoy whatever we are going to get n the next few weeks.

There were totally 3 promos given: Riot, Rustication and then Shagun's entry during this coarse of time our TRP was either 1.3 or minimum 1.2. So channel too have to take certain responsibility it survived with current consistent TRP only because of online buzz, fan promo and lead promoting themselves. Our fellow competitor was in pathetic 0.7 ratings. They made use this last 4 months every week promo was released by channel and now they are at 1.6 TRP.

But here the reason for show being off air is not TRP. Any other show without getting promotion for 4 months wouldn't have survived with stable TRPs. Here they are ending because creatives didn't agree to make changes in story as per channels demand. They wanted Shaurya-Shagun marriage instead of ShaKhi to which producers denied aa it will ruin the characters. So soon after marriage track was done they told to end the show and it's pathetic.

I heard this too. Think this was being discussed in the Twitter. ☹️

At the end of the day star plus is a profit making organization, so even though they wanna promote new soch at the end of the day the audience is still behind that ema, double and triple marriage wala stuff. N they r serving them that crap to survive. 🙄

See I agree promotion was a factor but then that's how star been always .When they are not creatively satisfied with how the story is progressing they interfere and botch characters forever.Same thing happened to 2 other star shows like ek bhram sarvgunn sampanna and lockdown ki lovestory both aired at the 7 pm slot but I guess our ph did not allow that .They did not let the channel interfere much and as a result star was not happy .Plus then the goa track came and a lot of people lost interest in the show and star also stopped promoting and trps almost never increased after that .So a lot of factors played it's part .But you know all that is done we can't really do anything about it .Star has made its decision and the audience's outcry is not going to do anything . Let's just be positive and let's see what the next couple of weeks has in store for us.Starting Monday this week has been mentally very stressful for me and for most of u as well I beleive .I didn't know a show could effect me this much .

Nevertheless whatever the outcome will be I have accepted it and will try to be positive from now on .Let things happen however they are destined to happen.
