One will always like their crush for life. But here she's seeming to just acknowledge raghav with a smile not that she's eyeing him or anything. I don't think they wanted to make anything out of that.

But I feel they might have to close that chapter with pallavi talking and clearing things with Amrutha and her past or present feelings, if any, for raghav. She knew Amrutha liked rr in that sense, so she can't ignore that and needs to deal with it at some point in the future.
