I think right now she is going with the flow

First she had prob because she had MU with Shiva

Then he cleared it and she sees his goodness clearly

He might hve read her diary and in his heartbreak he drinks and say something or do something. And she calls him jaahil.

But when she knows the reason to it all. We may get a Shiva who is upset and things he is spoiling her life so he may wants to free her from this marriage saying she deserves more and Raavi realising that she wants to stay with him.
