I guess abhi ITV mein himmat nahi hai, to show audiences this plot. They'll lose too many viewers if they have a woman moving on with the man who killed her first husband. I know ispe movie ban chuki hai, but movies show a lot of stuff TV can't. Movie audience is one-time, retention not required.
