I don’t know about alimony laws in India. Don’t think they’re as favourable to women as they in America... But she must be getting a good amount if it was a civil marriage...

From what I know, women who already earn don’t get anything..they can get child maintenance if they have the custody or unless they have evidence of joint investments, dowry etc they can file case for money.
