Raghav has done two crucial things wrong for their relationship: not trusting on her judgment, deciding things for her by his own.
Uparr se if it gets out k he tried to manipulate and mislead her from finding out the truth, that would be adding fuel to fire.
Everyone has their own reasons for hiding things. Intention kisi ka bhi galat nhi. Raghav wants to protect his existing family and happiness, Deshmukhs want to protect their own image by hiding truth of their lost son and not make Pallavi more upset.
But in the end, its Pallavi who has to bear the brunt of other's selfishness. The same Pallavi who has put others' happiness before her own time to time.
Oof! 🥺😭 Ab to maar hi daalo mujhe... my heart is being wrenched apart anyway 💔😭

Ikr.. touchwood touchwood! CVs pls mera bharosa nahi todna 🥺🤞🏼
I know, I hate that some fans can only love her when she's speaking up for Raghav. Some ppl were even hoping she cuts off DMs totally. Like, that's just not how the concept of family works, you know? You can scream all you want that DMs aren't her real family, but the fact remains that she saw them that way. That's all that matters, what her heart felt for them! You can be estranged from a family and lessen your communication with them, but there's a part of them that will always remain with you. Obviously she has good memories there, with aai, Sanki, kaka, Nikhil and Mansi. Two years worth of good memories. Not to mention the courtship period she had with Mandaar. Obviously he became someone dear to her — you don't just decide to marry anyone like that. Sure it may not have been romantic love, but he did have a special place in her heart. And now that he's gone, it's only natural that place has become even more of a tender spot for her. How can people expect her to just forget all of it like that? Esp when Raghvi haven't even really cemented their relationship as a married couple — they're still exploring the territory, taking baby steps. In fact, even after they do get close, I want them to be able to talk about Mandaar freely, discuss the kind of impact he had on Pallavi.
(Or rather, I would have expected this had Mandaar not been returning )
Squad is taiyaar sis. Chahe jitne bhi log bandook taake, we won't let the bullets hit her 😈 #PallaviProtectionSquad ❤️
Same!! I also thought she's leveraging Amrutha's crush to create messy spots for RaghVi, like she did haldi waale din, but damn, she seriously thought this could work 🤣
Also, why do people keep saying they aren't her 'real' family? 'Real' kya hota hai? Adoptive families real nahi hoti kya? Aren't families you marry into 'real'? Ya blood relatives abusive nahi ho sakte? It's been made evident that her connect to the Deshmukhs was greater than 'their son's widow', so how can she be done with them just because she's not his widow?
And most arranged marriages don't start with love, but they clearly had a lot of fondness for each other, or atleast Pallavi did, and perceived it from Mandaar too. We know they spoke for hours. They shared dreams and aspirations. Mandaar wanted to encourage her career, have her study more. She knew of his ambitions for DSE. They made promises to each other. Pallavi telling Krishna about her promise to make Mandaar's family her own was such a lovely and telling moment. They were on the brink of a beautiful, long, happy marriage, and they were all set to fall in love. They were robbed of their happily ever after by an incredibly cruel twist of fate. Pallavi wanting to know what happened doesn't make her hung up on her ex or undeserving of Raghav. And if Raghav wasn't in his guilt spiral, he'd have been so 100% understanding and supportive. He's just too far gone right now, for which which I can sympathize.
Same with Pallavi going to the pooja- why shouldn't she? She never divorced Mandaar, him and his memory will always hold a special place in her heart (again, working off of what Pallavi knows, not what we know). There was this line in a TV show, I can't remember which (Grey's Anatomy maybe?)- being divorced and widowed is so different. When you're divorced, you ended the marriage. When you're a widow, you're still married, it's just that the person you're married to happens to no longer be alive. There's no closure, but so much finality. Pallavi has the right to attend every single Mandaar related event for the rest of her life if she wants. Raghav isn't a Mandaar replacement, he holds his own unique place in her heart.
We claim to be progressive, and we all support widow remarriage, but it's important to remember it's not only the social taboo of widowhood, especially early widowhood. A widow has the baggage and memories of the first marriage, and they will stay with her. Moving on doesn't mean forgetting, and to expect the same, then you're not really rooting for the whole woman to get a second shot at love, just picking and choosing parts of her.

I'm so glad you got where I'm coming from here. It's not like I don't love Raghav, I do! But I love Pallavi too! I hated seeing Pallavi sidelined in the Mandaar plot, of all things last week. Upar se so many complaints that Raghav is being ruined to glorify and focus on Pallavi :(
Sometimes I wonder if I'm just watching a different show.
I'd say that Raghav agreeing so easily for Keerti's marriage was the character-ruining moment. How could the shaatir Don be so easily deceived? He knows the guy has shady friends like Rocky, how could he not have a background check done? Esp when he had his phone tapped as well... why not continue it some more? He'd have easily seen his behaviour Srsly, this was the instance where they made Raghav blind to glorify Pallu... pretty disappointing 👎🏼
I'd much rather Raghav focused on Sunny instead, while Pallu investigated this Mandaar track on her own. This is her backstory, people! Would you want Pallavi to hunt out Krishna Rao and punish him instead of Raghav? Jiska track usi ko lead karna hai 🤔
Lion could so easily have been a hurdle to both Raghvi's investigations These wasted potentials really suck, you know 🤔

I so support this post. You don't have to forget the past to move on. You truly move on when your past does not bother your present and future. You don't have to forget that your ex existed in order to have a happy life with the current partner, but you have to ensure that the ex doesn't come between you and your partner.
Moving on is not forgetting the past, it is making peace with the past.
