And honestly regret in action and not repeating it is more important to me, personally.
Also, I sometimes feel that "sorry" these days is a very loosely used word.. we say it very often, mean it less and realize it barely. It's the case with most people.
But there are some who can't say sorry very easily.. some say it can be an ego issue for people to accept their mistake but I sometimes see it as an issue of self respect, I for that matter, can't say sorry very easily until it's really a mistake or I hurt someone.. I also believe in changing my actions is the better way of showing that you regret what you did.
