Which Bollywood actor/actress's success surprises you?

Which Bollywood actor/actress whose success surprises you?

For me:

Alia Bhatt (she's so mediocre in every department)

Tiger Shroff (zilch acting skills/ wooden)

Sara Ali Khan ( can't act for peanuts)

Salman Khan (post 2010 he neither looks good nor can act)

Sara's last two were duds, next few will also be. How is she considered a success?

Alia medicore she cannot cry and she is very overrated

Vicky kaushal good actor but I dis not think he would be so popular I do not find him good looking (no hero quality)
taapsee I thought she is one note in haseen dillruba and she was a flowerpot in judwaa2

Jacqueline does not look or act great but seems like a nice person. Salman definitely helped her with kick

Katrina she used to look amazing but she did not know english and could not act before zero. I did not think she would be so popular. I like her personality though

On the contrary, Sara does not surprise me she was good in kedernath but bad in lak2 but she is saif’s daughter so it’s no surprise

I think Alia and Salman are both good actors. Tiger is mainly good at action scenes/Dancing, not sure if Sara can yet be considered "successful" or something.
