That's because he knows how guilty she feels about him leaving everything for her. So if she gets to know that he cannot even take care of his sick father because of his mother's hatred to her,he knows it will hurt her a lot and she can't take it. Also losing the only parent she has(abhi isn't her father, let's face it) it'll pain her to know that he cannot even visit his sick father and that he is denied his mother's love.
Yes ranbir lost his cool today nd got angry on prachi too,but not to blame him.nd prachi she was so happy to go back to kohils house,live together not to blame her too.ranbir was pissed because of pallavi,she made clear she will not allow prachi or let prachi return back.only ranbir is welcomed,as u all know.so he was hurt,angry.he can't disappoint his dad,nor leave prachi.upper se prachi excitement to go back,he didn't want to disappoint her too,nor was able to say about her mom condition too so got anger..can't blame both of them.prachi didn't make any issues of ranbir anger nd ranbir he felt bad for shouting at her.their leaving separately was fine,no family drama or anything but now it all starting.
