Well he looses his cool because he doesn't want to leave her. Prachi is unaware about Pallavi's demand so she think they can move together.

No matter the cause they'll crawl back to each other. Prachi have no where to go away from Ranbir. Both can't leave each other now, dynamics of their relation has changed.
