Honestly I don't quite like much of accidental stuff. It seems a bit unrealistic. It is great if they are going the consent way. This is Pallavi's first relationship. She doesn't know what she really wants. She is physically attracted to her husband but she isn't thinking about the future of the relationship between them. Ek kamare me rehne ka thought bhi nahi aaya uske dimaag me in, was she thinking to stay in other room for life long?

And no, she's not a fling, she's his life partner, his other half, his soulmate, etc. He will treat her like a queen the way his father used to treat Amma. Since he took away her agency and forced her to marry him, from now on he will not be the one to lead or try to force her in anything. He will observe and go with the flow based on her actions and reactions.

Of course, there will come a time when him being passive will work against him because Pallavi might think he doesn't love her and is just in this marriage as a compromise or out of guilt. When Mandaar is back, it will be even worse if he watches silently because Pallavi won't have the impetus to remain with him if she feels unwanted or unloved by him.

It's pretty clear that Pallavi and Raghav aren't on the same page about this marriage. She's almost living in her la la land and he's stuck in a pit of guilt. They're not traveling in the same direction and don't even know what their common destination would be. It's fine to go with the flow but marriage is a lifetime commitment so there needs to be some conscious effort put in to steer things in the right direction and to communicate what each person wants or expects from the relationship. I have a feeling Pallavi's bubble is going to burst badly and she'll come back crashing down to earth with a loud thud, where Raghav might not be able to help her while he's dealing with his own issues.

Raghav is acting extremely guilty because he thinks he is literally the reason for Pallavi's suffering in life. He first maligned her character which got her thrown out of the house and now he discovered that he had accidentally killed Pallavi's ex husband at her first night of wedding and made her a widow. As for Pallavi you have to remember she was the one from the start who was attracted to Raghav and all kinds of feelings were from her side only at first. She saw how Raghav got insulted again and again by trashmukhs but still trying his best to unite Pallavi with her family . She was already melting with his genuine efforts and then after hearing his tragic loss and it's consequences and seeing how he was ready to sacrifice his self respect for her it was the last nail in the coffin and then at that moment she confirmed herself that yes she loves Raghav. So in a way for Pallavi also love did not happen that fast. It happened in stages and took time.

What you're saying about Pallavi is right, but the thing is she doesn't know about the other facets of his personality and events in the past. Once she does she will have to figure out whether she can still accept him with all his flaws and love him as much, if not more. She's always been more focused on the physical aspect, the outer actions, and more recently his genuine emotions. Most importantly, she knows that being with him gives her wings to be free. She may not articulate it but she's living a much better life than she'd ever known with the Ds. As much as he looks to her as his lifeboat, she subconsciously looks at him the same way.

While she feels the butterflies and racing heart, I don't know if she feels the kind of passion that would respond to Raghav's. For that, her bubble needs to burst and she needs to go through a test of her faith and love, like Ayi indicated.

Exactly, I always felt she'd fall first. She was always attracted to him. If that scandal hadn't happened, they might have both organically fallen in love with no barriers (but then the story would have been less fun).

Yes... Had the camera and director focused on these small things, the effect would have been more.. with those small nuances, sai was able to emote but camera should focus more on that and may be lips too to show that what they wanted...
