Mandaar was there for other reasons, not related to Raghav. I guess Raghav was doing some deal (gangster stuff) and the deal went bad or one of his enemies tried to shoot him, he swerved and the car hit Mandaar. The fact that Mandaar was there would raise questions as to what exactly he was doing all alone at night on a deserted road, and maybe this is how we'll discover he went to do some shady business of his own.

Actually yeah because that would explain how Ved knew Mandar because Raghav didn’t know who he was but Ved did.

But that girl is definitely involved somehow and is not driver’s family or something because if that had been the case she would not look pissed at Raghav like that especially if he cares for their family financially and also Raghav was furious and kind of rough in that scene like when he tugged at her and I don’t see him behaving that way with a dead employee’s wife.

Also that girl had sindoor in her hairline. She could an ex of Raghav’s because they were both aggressive towards each other as if saying tum smother kya ho khudko I am married jab chaho tab you can’t dictate me what to do. The confrontation looked more like something along these lines.

I had that theory before but looking at the state of the car and the windscreen, it's pretty clear that someone fired a bullet at Raghav and/or his men. The car seemed muddy too, so maybe it was a dirt road and not a proper highway or something, with zero or poor lighting.

lets not forget ved is also involved

may some drug deal between ved and mandar as mandar is grey character.....

and raghav got to know about ved doing a drug deal and went to catch him red handed ... so shoutout looks possible

raghav does not about mandar involved in the deal explains why he was on a sunnnsannn sadak

Lol I only realized today since everyone was complaining about Hotstar. 😆
