Last week songs of SMP. Eventhough they are not difficult songs for her but Iam really enjoying her energy on screen. Especially after a hectic day it lights up mood.

Not sure whose idea it is to modify the song with judges names but really liked it.

After looking at Twitter after long time I was thinking why Sony tv hell bent on keeping trollers active for SMP? I can see they are instigating them every week against her? Any thoughts?

A strange comment from Himesh about SMP - At the end of her performance, he mentioned,"Shanmukha, you are back with a bang", something to that effect.

Normally Himesh is least receptive of SMPs performances. So it was surprising to hear this from him

Also wonder, what the Idol wants to convey?!

No idea. For me it feels like they want to make sure SMP loses her vote bank so that it will be easy to eliminate her. Other than that I don't see any logic in any of what they are doing.

Because then they can extend the trollers drama on the show more..

Also the trolling is getting them more viewers. Free publicity with these tweets being picked up by mainstream news media too..

No one is picking up the tweets in her support though..

Yeah. Terrible thinking of management. They are using trolls on one girl for publicity and news channels publicizing it as though it's a great news. They are forgetting she is just a contestant and this show is not end of the world. In the worst case she won't win or get eliminated early. How does it really matter?

At this point in the game, i think i've stopped caring who' they will hail as the Winner. My favourite had been Nachiket, SMP & Danish and i've enjoyed them each and every week. At the end of the day, there will be only one Winner. It's just a competition, one will have to leave the show one day or not. It's just part of the journey.

One thing i wished, that Indian idol should not just be a platform for competition mainly. I really hope the makers creates opportunities for them in the singing field. What's the point of dragging a show for more than 6 months and creates hypes over the contestants and after the show ends you don't even hear about them. It's unfair to the contestants because like us ordinary people, they are looking for a breakthrough and achieve certain heights. Also unfair to us viewers who have started appreciating and cheering for them. Also the judges over praising the contestants at all times, they should be the first giving breaks to those artists.

I can only recall Remo D'souza right now who has given his students and contestants many opportunities.

And yes like someone mentioned, if they are going back to Mumbai...bring Vishal back as judge. Before SMP gets eliminated i really want a duo of them again. They bring so much energy on the show.
