I had stopped watching serials since last couple of years... Agnihotra 2 start kela hota... Pan te pan dabyat gela just coz of poor script writjng despite of having good actors.... Have Just started watching sundara coz of good reviews from many....

Liking it as of now.... Main mhanje lock down chya period madhe hi main track pasun farase bharkatale nahit... Hopefully will come back on track soon... Katha, patkatha, sanvad, actors sagli bhatti ekdum mast julun aalye.... Hopefully it will continue like that 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Sundara is good, mi pahaychi, sadhya nahi pahat. It has interesting story, something new and loveable, funny characters.

Good topic to discuss. It actually feels like all the creatives across all Marathi channels are in competition to see who can dish out the stupidest content. Not a single serial is worth watching right now.

Worst part is that they have competent and excellent actors at their disposal. Actors of the caliber of Mohan Joshi, Subodh Bhave, Girish Oak, Nivedita Saraf, Shubhangi Gokhale. Saglyancha maakad karun thevla aahe hyanni. All these actors who have earned so much love of the Marathi audience are losing it fast. Baghvat nahi hyanna ashi bekaar acting kartana. Where are the story writers? Where are the stories? All serials are copying each other. Where is the originality? Aadhi changlya serials chalat navhatya? They became so popular that they became cult shows. Kititari lokanchi careers ghadli tya shows mule. Can we say that about a single male or female lead in any of the current shows? Aaj cha bhaag baghun pudhchya 10 bhaganchi story predict karta yete.
Evdha pan for granted gheu naka audience la. Tyanni paath firavli, tar tv shows, natak, cinema, saglyala tala lavaychi paali yeil.

I am playing the devils advocate but there have been good shows in the recent times however they did not get TRP

For instance Sony Marathi came up with some decent shows but none of them got any TRP😈, I was very disappointed when Bheti Lagi Jeeva did not climb up the TRP charts.

Hum Bane Tum Bane is by far one of the best slice-of-life show I have seen🥳, we did not see it in the TRP charts

Ek Ghar Manterlele met the same fate, so much so that Zee got RKC 3 but they did not go for EGM-2😡.

Another fantastic show like Babasaheb Ambedkar had to be terminated due to low TRP.

Show on Chhatrapati Sambhaji kept fluctuating in and out of TRP charts .

Sukhi Mansacha Sadra was another good show that too did not get any TRP🤢.

These are shows on different channels indicating these channels have tried to give different shows which I consider to be of good quality but it is the audience who have rejected them.

I am not criticizing people who did not watch these shows as we are all free to make our choices without being criticized for those choices.

I agree with Suraj sir that channels are following the audience lead and not vice versa. Channels can change taste of audience but that will require effort and time and money which the channels might not want to put in😉. So they are being business minded and making money off shows that get TRP's 😆.

Subhodh Bhave too...I know some of you might not agree. TPR and CHS both failed miserably, IMO.

Sony Marathi does not have the reach that other Marathi channels do. 'Assa Maaher Nako' was quite entertaining on SM but Covid killed it. 'Sukhi Manasacha Sadra' started out with good intentions but became completely absurd in a couple months. One more that was good and different in recent past was 'Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi'.

Star che tar 2-3 shows Bengali serials che hindi version aahe
