The plot will be tight with a pre-planned begining, middle and end, writing will be consistent, and if the deal with the channel was for a set number of episodes (say 250ish, for eg, which is a decent run but not long enough to drag), then less chances of TRP triggered channel intervention or an abrupt axing.

Setting my emotions side for a second, I'd much rather the show end on a high note and remain memorable, than deteriorate to a point where fans themselves have to beg for a coup de grâce.

I don't want this show to run longer than 250/300 episodes . What's the point even if it runs longer ,but the plot isn't as good anymore ? After a point they can't help but drag it if they want to run it for long . I want this show to finish on a good note , so I can remember this fondly and rewatch it later .

Original Gorintaku though not as good as MHRW was somewhat tolerable than all Saas baahu dramas , cheating dramas they show on Telugu channels . Although they wound it up in some 400 episodes , it went downhill around 250 episodes itself :/. There they turned Nikhil negative and Pallavi gets blamed for his murder and she goes to jail for it 🙄.

After all, every show must end eventually. And to be honest, I've yet to see any show that remains watchable after 120-150 episodes, at best. On average, it's more like 70-80 good episodes, and MHRW has already exceeded that.

I'd prefer a logical end than this show meeting the same fate as KHKT. This production house doesn't fare well when the channel begins to intervene, so I hope they've learnt their lesson from that debacle, and have a better plan.

As much as I don't understand ke why Raghav agreed for SunKi rishta, I think ek tarah se thik hi hai. Kirti ko bhi bol skte hai,lo karne diye tujhe teri manmaani,ab banda itna galat choice kiya tune toh isme hum aur kya kr skte hai

Agreed ! After 100 episodes most shows go downhill, but MHRW is still going strong .. another 100/150 episodes they can still maintain the quality.
