Edited: Also, Raghav has issues when it comes be being wanted by anyone. He doesn't believe that he can be loved because that's how he's been living. For a man who thinks he is unlovable, its difficult to come out of that shell and confess his love because there is this dampening feeling of rejection.

looks like confession, from his side will b long..first he needs to b sure of himself, that hes not the reason, for her sadness, once hes clear, by his own, then he will think about his feelings..now the guilt is very heavy on him.today also he talked about that
