Power of Fans!!

It is heartbreaking and shocking to see how this show is headed in such wrong direction and the extreme toxic content they are showing. So, I have a question - what is the power of fans in this situation? Can all of fandom not convince makers to make things better? We all know that public voice can be very very powerful and I feel like in the case of this show it’s time to show that power.

I haven’t watched in weeks, only some clips of SaiRat on Insta but even that I can’t connect to anymore due to the toxicity. After today, I feel like I can’t even continue to read updates about what is happening. This is verbal abuse and harassment towards a 19 year old girl as we all agree, so isn’t it time to show the makers what can happen if they don’t tone down the negativity?

It’s high time everyone stops watching and the trp falls! It’s getting terrible by the day! It’s way too regressive and the makers need to understand the audience they are catering to! Unfortunately it’s high time a show like this is pulled down! I feel bad for ayesha and a certain portion of the team but it’s just way too disgusting! Especially with the tag line of Sitara being all girl child pro this serial seems a total misfit!

Peeps on Twitter May trend today asking for another boycott or a change in storyline, atleast looks lik that.. I just hope it works..

I hope it works too. I mean they’re showing that mental harassment, bullying, verbal abuse to an extent of leading someone to suicide is all okay? They’re promoting this type of behavior? LIKE WHAT? A show has the ability to promote negativity or positivity and most ITV shows even if OTT, promote good wins over evil. But here, only Evil is supported and labeled as “mature” and “ghar ke bade” and what not? I mean what crap!!!

There definitely has to be mass boycott!! This is disgusting. I’m at a loss of words.

And don’t get me wrong, I’m a SaiRat fan as well but at what cost does that come? The female, the human being inside of me does not allow for me to watch this crap being guilt free.

This , Everytime someone uses the word mature or Ghar ke bade feel like getting into the screen and slapping the **** out.

It is unbelievable the kind of dialogues Pakhi and c gang are given without any sympathy or empathy. Who are writing these dialogues or should I ask who is translating these dialogues. Don't they read them before handing off or is Google translator doing the job for them.

I am not on Twitter but hope the fans trend and ask for a track change. I cannot see Sai attempting suicide again while worse than evil gets away unpunished time and again.

Why do they have to show sooo much injustice I don't understand? If it gets followed by the evil being punished I can still watch it. But the evil always escape even after doing major crimes like kidnapping,mental harassment, taking a new born child from the mother, framing an innocent person by bribing. How can they show that the criminals can get away with all this? Such tracks are shown for at least two weeks. In the earlier episodes somehow the drama used to get balanced out by the positive incidents. Again they are going to show the leads coming back together for love just for two days fooling us Sairat fans yet again

Untill trp audience show their back to this show i don’t feel they will take any steps to change the story line..i don’t know why trp audience still likes this kind of drama..

I agree with you. I’m also not on Twitter but perhaps audience also has to retaliate by affecting trp. Like I said earlier and sound like a broken record now but there has to be total boycott for such disgusting crap that they’re showing in the name of drama.

also, they claim Virat is an IPS officer? And he’s allowing and also participating in such actions? There can be and should be legal action towards such mental harassment towards a daughter-in-law and all those other crimes committed by BK gang.

I too don’t get why trp audience is still support this drama. You’re right nothing will change unless trp audience retaliates.

From the Netherlands this serial is trash like we throw away every day....I already stopped watching was only for Ayesha but this is to much...

I am sorry my Hindi is bad mostly I dont watch the zillat arena but right now it is going 2far...Devar bhabhi ka rishtey ka mazaak bana ke rakha hain and then top of that doing this with an orphan young girl ...was watching online goning back to Netflix, Videoland and going to watch serials like hawai five o dil ko sukoon milaga..

was a silence reader but enough bye bye Ghum fans... will watch another seiral of Ayesha she is amazing

I know I was silent reader on forum too but last couple of weeks I feel like fans need to come together more than ever before to let the makers know that this is not right. I’ve stopped watching and after today actually don’t have the strength to read updates either.
