I am not a Maharashtrian, but I grew up in Pune.

All the character names are common in a Marathi household. Especially the female characters.

I know 10-15 girls whose name is Sai. It is a very common name. Bhavani as well is damn common.

Ninad and Omkar are very common names for Maratha men. Even Mohit.

Every second aunty ka naam Ashwini ya Vaishali hota hai. Sometimes you get confused.

Devyani is also very very common. Usha as well.

I find Harini more of South indian coz I have my cousins and south indian friend named Harini. In these many years haven't met any Maharashtrian named Harini

In short all the names are quite Marathi type. These names, with what I have seen in these many years, are quite common in a Marathi household.

But names are not really region specific, so doesn't really make a difference.

i live around with maharashtrians, not one myself but all names are common for marathi houses. Mansi, Samrat, Virat, Shivani, Pulkit and Mohot . but patralekha have never heard, i think they just wanted fancy unique name n took the actress patralekha (Rajkumar's gf) name

Yeah, I agree this as well.

Cuz,my name is pretty odd at my place, it's just the choice ,and the name is basically one which parents hearts agree to💗😌
