Totally agree..I have also noticed Shaurya doesn’t let Anokhi touch his face where as he touches her all the time..I have noticed that even in today’s epi 6/22..is it just me?

Right I mean at the end of the day, have the issues she put forward been resolved? Yes, it appears they have been but it would be nice if we got a conversation about that between them rather than the family pyaar circle. And those were the exact dialogues I was thinking about from that post-confession confrontation. She was so sorted during those scenes when she put forward the reasons she didn't think they were compatible. The way she didn't think they could make it work and didn't want them to grow resentful. Those were such powerful dialogues and even today, I think her emotions could have been conveyed better. Just something along the lines of realizing that she can't keep running when things get hard would have made more sense. Because I feel like it was already obvious from their previous conversation after he found out for the first time that Anokhi isn't that strong and she does still love him deeply. The emphasis should have been more on her realizing that she can't keep leaving him when things become difficult and that should have come from her side today without him soliciting such a promise from her.

Exactly! And not to say I didn't enjoy right because overall it was nice, but there were dialogues mixed in that felt out of character as you said.

And the very fact that the entire track didn't even serve the purpose. The realisation that she might end up losing him came from the influence of a third person and that was Reema. A friend giving direction to another friend is not wrong but tthere has to be some growth right. If she needed direction in the dinner date episode and then she still needs direction after they are married and she is so sure of his love then what is the point. This way she would still need direction fifty episodes later.

Yeah I think it's actually a mutual thing between them where if they are upset, they don't let the other person touch them. Anokhi does this all the time when she pushes him away, starting from the vase throwing episode to the riots to in the library and post the library. When they are breaking up too and after the sindoor marriage, in the cabin following their marriage, she always does this.

Shaurya hasn't had as much occasion to be angry with her which is why we don't see it from his side as often (nor do we see Anokhi being as affectionate as Shaurya so that's the other reason), but when he was angry with her in Ahir's house, he literally kept pushing her away. And same thing when he was upset with the way she characterized his relationship with Aastha as him not wanting to try hard enough to convince her after the Tu Zaroori sequence. He was upset with her and so he didn't let her touch him until later when she had pacified him. Today too, he was upset with her and was pretending to be cold which is why he kept pushing her away.

same here. I found those entire dialogues of grace marks and all very stupid. Felt disconnected from Anokhi. Even Shaurya saying mai shagun se shadi karunga was weird.

I can't help but say what we got today was not ShaKhi. Because when these two talk they talk. This being a game is one thing but them going in circles and playing this game even when they are talking is another. And that's just not them.

What we got today was not SAAKK

It was just another mainstream episode of a typical show.

Exactly! I don't like that with Reema, it's never just asking Anokhi the right questions to get her to introspect. Reema always gives Anokhi the answer that she should realize herself. And I was just thinking that at this rate, Shaurya is going to need to bring Reema into their marriage with him because without her Anokhi doesn't realize much on her own 🤣 Dude from the beginning has always needed Reema for everything. To get Anokhi to realize her feelings, to get her to come to the date, to get her to come after she sees him and Shagun together, to convince her to go to Goa, to get her to confess she is hopeful about their marriage, to get her to confess now. Reema is Shakhi's personal couple's counselor or something at this point 🤣

She had that dialogue about failing in love even in Goa in front of Ahir, I believe... So it does not come out to be too surprising. Hopefully we will get original dialogue writers soon.

In general, Anokhi's dialogue after coming to Chandigarh has had some tone that keeps me going that it's normal for Anokhi... For example, Aapne mujhe maara kaise? After he threw flower bouquet at her... And all...

Yes definitely it kind of plays with the way they wrote her character. And although I believe she can still be her own person even when she is madly in love and desperate but you see certain dialogues kind of end up playing with the vibe of her character is something I can't digest.

So now I am just hoping that this doesn't continue and they do focus on the straight forwardness of these characters even when they dont intend to ruin the essence of it.

But its unsettling.

Positive for future tho.

But on a serious note, with Kanchan it's just her discussing the possibilities with Shaurya but with Reema ...its like exactly Anokhi what to do which is not fine.

Dialogue tak to theek hai.

Lets hope writers don't get down that track of multiple weddings every year or every 6 months with same person.

Already we are getting 2 shaadis. Sindoor wali n social rn.
