And probably moksh will also get affected later on as he has none really

I knew if Appu is back, mostly it would be for Moksh. Cause he's the last remains of her daughter. And she has no confidence that Kalyani won't turn back on Moksh if her bio child comes.

So high chances of her and Atharva filing for custody. Best part is that Atharva needs to only be brought in at the end, Appu can do the most of the work. Make KalMa look like bad and neglectful parents. And high chances if Mikha also traps Malhar, then case is closed.

That'll come later on. I think she'll use this as an excuse to stay behind in Swara Nivas and manipulate Moksh. After prego reveal, she'll feel that Kalyani will be bad mom. So she may file for it then.

I don't think court battle will be there either. Mostly maybe a judge will come and make it official.

Just got a chance to watch the episode. So it seems that Aparna knows before everyone that AS is planning to give the property to Anu. And she doesn’t want the property to go to Gungun and Kallu, she wants it for Moksh. If she wants property for Moksh, it means that she is planning on filing for custody of Moksh after to indirectly get the property. And since Gungun’s fate depends on her, I feel it’s possible that she will make a trade with Kaka. As far as I remember, it was AnuSar that filed the cases against Atharva, so she can easily make Kaka maybe take back the cases to keep Gungun? So that way, she and Atharva can file for joint custody as Nani and Baba. Atharva can come as a surprise villain at the end.

And I don’t quite understand what is Mikha doing. I don’t think a professional angle makes sense at this point, I feel high chances of her being involved with Aparna and Atharva. She is definitely trying to seduce Malhar and is also spying on them, that’s what I have been able to make out.

All your points are spot on. Aparna can manipulate AnuSar's weak spot now to get things done her way.

Mihika even I feel is just a decoy to divert Malhar from the actual problem and declare him as a bad adoptive father for Aparna's only grandson..

Aparna not wanting property to go to Anu and Gungun is understandable..

But whether she likes it or not, Kalyani is related by blood to Deshmukhs.

Kalyani can get what rightfully is Atul's share na.. Even if she is illegitimate daughter of Atul and Madhuri, she is she still has that right isn't it?
