Agar Malhar ko itni hi takleef ho raye hain relationship mein reh ke, he can ask for a divorce.... both, actually all 3 times he's the one who married her without her consent: that, imho, is at the roots of the dynamics in their relationship and all the communication problems they have.

If we look at their history, Kalyani's hiding things and such is not that weird to understand why she does it.

As for Malhar having lost what made him unique which was being discussed yesterday.... most of the time it's what happens to people in love: they change and evolve.... plus it's not like he's saved her from jail time knowing she committed some huge crime... he knew she was being trapped by someone and gave her a chance to prove her innocence, agar Meenu ke hawale kardeta toh ab tak widower bana ghoom raha hota Malhar.

@bold - absolutely right.. Those are also qualities of loyalty which Kallu lacks. Pyaar ki badi badi Bhashan sunaati hai lekin apne pyaar pe, Pati pe thoda sa bhi vishwas nahi dikhayi.

Yes he married without consent is true..that was not right.

Definitely Kalyani could have gotten a divorce. She needn't have put up with him and his mental problems.

Even during first marriage, she was an adult not a minor (though a very tender age).

She was bold and outspoken to all her family members. Why should she stay with him? Once she knew Anu was out of jail and safe, she should have left him then and there.. Anu and Aparna would have helped her as they were both against the marriage and Aparna didn't even like her caring for Moksh.

A person who could stand up for Anu couldn't stand up for herself??

The second marriage, Atul was there to help if she wanted out of the marriage. He didn't want his daughter married at that age.

Why didn't she agree and go away with her own dad when he wanted to take her away?

She could have thrown him in jail, gotten her marriage annulled easily.

But she put up with it only because she wanted custody of Moksh who till the reentry of Atharv Bapat was believed to be the biological son of Malhar.

Malhar saved her from Meenakshi because he trusts that Kalyani can do no criminal activity.

Whatever his mistakes maybe, the trust on her character was always there.

Has she ever trusted him? Hiding every thing and getting into trouble is her way of dealing situations.

He puts up with that too.

And yes as you said when a person is in love, they change and evolve.

Malhar has changed and evolved because of his love.

Kalyani has only evolved in her Raabta... 🤣🤣
