based on how much pallavi trusts him he expected her to understand that he doesnt just tell people his feelings and pours his heart out like that. she also knows that and has even acknowledged that. things have been changing between them ever since raghav's misunderstand cleared. pallavi knows that have seen it and felt it. So being stuck in what was said before makes no sense as a lot has happened past that and ignoring all that and focusing on just what was said in the very beginning is ludicrous. There has been a major change in their equation since raghav poured out his heart and soul when he told his side of story to pallavi. something he has not shared with another soul, not even his beloved amma or farhad or anyone else. pallavi definitely understands how major that is but she is in denial that she feels something for raghav. Even a blind person can see that their equation has never been just friends. pallavi pushed and pushed to know about his past and raghav must trust her immensely to say what he said and hence his expectations. pallavi is the one who gave him room to have expectations from her as she is the one who stood by him when she didnt need to. koi sirf dosti aur ek mahine ki relationship ke liye itna kuch daav par nahi lagata. raghav pyar nibhana jaanta hai aur aaj tak woh wahi to karta aaya hai apni amma aur keerti ke liye. warna amma aur keerti ne aaj tak kiya kya hai raghav ki itni loyalty, pyaar aur apnapan kamane ke liye? blood relations doesnt mean respect aur pyaar bhi command karo. respect and love are earned regardless of the type of relationship and amma and keerti have not done anything to earn that. Raghav has freely given and they choose to not see it or take it for granted as they know raghav will always love them. dono ko koi kadar nahi hai. i disagree with your assessment that raghav is self-obsessed. he is not. he is hot-headed, impulsive and passionate but his head is not in clouds. He wants attention from pallavi but so does pallavi so would you call her self-obsessed? All raghav has ever wanted was acceptance from amma, keerti and now pallavi. He doesnt know he loves pallavi but same is the case with pallavi too. raghav is too fixated on fixing things for pallavi to think about love at the moment. sunny has always been a complicated and i dont know what his full story is but for some reason i have never really liked him. He might return and twist things around to win keerti back considering he knows keerti doesnt love or trust raghav. now keerti doesnt trust pallavi either. anyways, I dont have that much interest in keerti either as she comes in my area of interest only when it has something to do with raghav, pallavi or D family.
