Idk, felt a bit misplaced to me. Definitely not a statement that would've calmed her down.

Pallavi’s words just fuelled up Kirti’s anger and her hatred to make her feel that Pallavi is talking more as Raghav’s wife than her friend. I think what Pallavi was trying to point out was that after hearing the past she understands Raghav better than Kirti whereas Kirti is not giving him the benefit of doubt. But like you said, not a right statement at all to calm her.

Oh I've not yet watched the episodes, just clippings on insta. But yes, wrong place, wrong time.

I also think the entire family needs to visit a psychiatrist, jointly. They're just pushing it too far with the past and what happened. If their hearts don't have it in them to even consider forgiveness, they shouldn't be together.

As for Kirti, love has blinded her so much, she cannot even understand anything so Pallavi's words will just fuel it more. Raghav slapped Kirti....It was quite natural, though I'm not a fan of slapping. But in indian families, the eldest brother does step into the shoes of a father and this kind of unfolding is quite realistic esp when the chic want's to elope in the middle of the night. The practical thing would have been to discuss but the Rao's and discussion don't go hand in hand. Amma and Kirti are so dramatic, it makes Raghav stand out as sane (and he's also quite volatile with his emotions 😆).

Pallavi - poor thing was just bearing the brunt of a mad family.

I loved how she stressed on ''chhota sa'' when she said Raghav was a chhota sa bachha. Its a small thing but just goes to show the extent to which she has internalized his pain. I could legit hear myself saying ''Uh oh! now is not the time. FOCUS FOCUS!! 😆

After long time Raghav's angry look...it was a gentle reminder to everyone that he does not matter wat people think of him, he will do what he thinks is right.

Sunny a gutless man running away from marriage, and asking a girl to run away in the middle of the night and even going to the extend of emotionally blackmailing using suicide. Sunny was very very lucky, Raghav did not give him a scratch.
