He might not be comfortable talking about the past or he might have given up on Pakhi thinking it’s no use talking to her or he might not be in the mood to talk considering he avoided talking about his fight with Sai as well .

So, apparently, in this convo, Virat didn't have a role , as in he was never made a part of this convo by Sunny . Cuz Sunny's questions were not directed to a girl who he met at a yoga resort or with whom his other friend has a past with, but his questions were for Samrat's wife. Sunny was bang on. The way he threw questions at Sarpokhi looked as if she wasn't prepared and so she just kept looking at him dumbfounded. Loved the way he asked her why she's so much interested in Sai and if she truly wants her to return. And, the last question was savage when he asked her whether she would have left her husband for Virat and who gave her the right to spoil Samrat's life. Sarpokhi had nothing to say and she simply started to shed crocodile tears.
