Yeah that phase was crazy. It was all K K K shows everywhere. Even other productions started naming their shows form K🤣. I liked how they showed marital rape in 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi'. Tulsi killed Ansh for that and he was never forgiven. Gauri never went back to him after that.

The music man, the music was on a different level altogether. Also, every vamp HAD to have their own unique entry/monologue tune. Komolika had 'nikaaaa'🤣🤣 In KZK 2, they had the same music for the new Komolika and I was like Haww so much time has passed but Komolika's music taste has not changed at all koi inhe naya playlist bana ke do bhaaaii🤣

Mother India one.. I remember they spent a lot of money on that one scene. The special effects of these shows were wild at the time.

thinking if this.. Mother India era of bollywood was truly golden period of Indian cinema.. TV shows that came before Ekta were absolutely gold. In terms of content, Marathi movies surpass bollywood.

Exactly this. ITV has somehow become more regressive after that, even though we have people taking risks with different stories nowadays. So many shows from earlier were based on intense, hard-hitting themes that people could connect to. Sigh.
