Dream sequence not sure...

could be he meets her in the college and tells her to wait for him at home then ghar pe dhamaka before he comes from the hospital....

cause she can’t dream about him in the attire he’s wearing that same day unless she has video called him.... last dream sequence was also not the clothes he was wearing...

Does sai keep spare clothes at pulkit’s place? Otherwise how could she go to college in a different attire from pulkit’s house?
