this house that they are currently living in is at the same plot his childhood home was

so at present they are living 300 kms away from Hyderabad

The present house could be the one where they lived initially when they moved to Hyderabad. He said na after the incident they left their village.

and his flashbacks are shown of the house 300 km away from Hyderabad--that's the only house
