Heyy Guys,
It has been long since I have written one of these but I felt like writing one, this is in no way targeting ANYONE person, so please don't take it personally, it is just something I am feeling and feel the need to say out loud!
A few things that have been disturbing me are the constant comparisons- Yes the show is a remake to say a complete copy at times but can we stop comparing Ghum, KD, NM together.... If we are to see in a way it is good that we have a remake otherwise we would be pulling our hair out thinking about the future tracks and the storyline but comparing the show to KD on a regular basis is irritating to the core, it takes the fun of watching the show!
The constant pitting of actors against one another especially Neil and Ayesha.... See it is their life, they can do what they want, promote the show however they want, also most of this is decided by the channel and the PH on who promotes what and how much, all posts related to the show including articles and interviews are planned beforehand! So there is no point in pitting these two against one another. It's their life, as far as I see they are good friends and co-stars, they have a beautiful bond!
There was a time when there were no social media and we never had these BTS and all, its an added bonus but at the end of the day, we are here to enjoy the show!
Regressive content- Now I am in no way defending or saying all this is right but the story was presented this way, and it is regressive! The saving grace is and has always been SAIRAT and that is why many of us watch... yes, the bias towards one actor is irritating, the direction has gone downhill, editing lacks at times but we have raised our voice, these episodes were shot before we did so we need to have a little patience, the episodes shot post us raising our voices is where we need to concentrate to see if they are listening to us!
The content even though regressive is pretty realistic and unfortunately shows a mirror to society, maybe that is why many cannot watch it! I have seen firsthand abuse of this kind where the person could not even speak up, it is the sad reality of our society! No, they are not promoting the EMA of devar-bhabhi in any way please understand that! The characters are as flawed as you and me!
These are human emotions that are being portrayed, every single one of us is flawed in our own ways... Now why a character reacts in a certain way is on the situation, people change with time!
I will give an example of myself- Till about a few years back I was one of the most pessimistic and angry people you could come across, making a mountain out of a molehill with every issue in my life, picking fights with those around me, reacting badly, and what not.... I changed over a period, it was slow and I faltered very very many times! Today, I am positive, optimistic, calm, and composed.... I still falter a lot and react to many situations which I perhaps would not react to, but that happens in the spur of the moment and my emotions get the best of me, it does not make me the person I was before..
I see that with these characters especially Virat and Sai, both are flawed and layered growing with each passing episode!
I agree sometimes we want them to react a certain way and so do I but then I stop. and put myself in their place and exact situation and look at it from their perspective to understand why do they react in a certain way, it actually gives me insight into the whole situation......
See i am in no way defending the content or the bias/favoritism towards someone but I also see the bright side in all the mess they create.. Pakhi is even more hated than before despite them trying to whitewash her (it is irritating I agree), she stoops to new lows every single day beyond redemption!
As actors, we see who is the most popular currently and that is on their own, we hyped the certain individual despite 1. lack of interviews 2. lead promotion 3. credit etc... Everyone knows who is indispensable and they do too. They cannot do without the character or the actor! The same goes for the on-screen better half! It has and will always be those two as SAIRAT running the show, that is the eye candy for all!
I have faith and trust in the channel, they promote the show through Sairat. This track is painful to watch and has been stretched no denying but it is okay, Patience is a virtue and the fruit will always be sweet!
They know what works and they will not jeopardize that!
The certain someone irritates mostly all of us, but they do it on purpose and we have seen their reactions before so no point banging our head against a wall! it's like trying to talk to a chicken, you know you won't get an answer or change, we need to move on! Just concentrate on what we love! The more they try to help them the more they will be hated! Simple! Their loss!
The whole point of this rant is we should be a cohesive group, one FD! Yes, there are many things we do not like but see they might be bound by a copyright license for a year before they can change, we don't know how they procured the story, the other remakes might not be bound so that makes a difference!
As far as the progression of SAIRAT goes it is as realistic as it can get! I know it is irritating to not have ROMANCE but in real life you don't have a trip and fall hero running to catch the heroine or hug at every moment or kamar se pakadke romance karna, being shirtless and the list goes on!
It is an arranged marriage and a damn realistic one! Milega hume woh sabh bhi milega but with patience!
If we ask nicely they fulfill wishes, as they do for clothes etc!
The other thing is about Ayesha being sent for Damage control, i agree they do it but tell me something if someone else were to give the same statement would the FD calm down, NOPE! It is only her that helps us understand. She is sent, yes, but they know she has the ability to calm us down cause that is our love for her! It is also her job, she is working on the show and she herself will want the best for it and her team..... Remember she is a very positive and optimistic person!
See all is well that ends well, yesterday was something that (even though I don't agree to) was much needed! They know how we feel, the channel also knows! We need to have a little patience....
I cannot stop anyone from speaking their mind but it is a humble request to enjoy the show and the growth, there are many like me who feel this way. WE watch for SAIRAT and trust me, it is a beautiful love story of the two! Their emotions, love, conflicts, misunderstandings, dynamics, past, present, future all is so relatable and hence I enjoy it thoroughly! I have never enjoyed a show as much as I enjoy this one!
just want to say a little faith and patience will take us a long way and yes my gut feeling is strong that we will have good changes and those who know me and have read my posts know how much I rely on my gut feeling and talk about it 😆!!

PS- I know this is a long rant, I am not targeting anyone in any way, nor am I saying what one feels is wrong! I love this forum and the healthy discussions but not all agree to what one has to say so it is best to ignore that certain post or comment! We are here to have fun!!
I apologize if anyone feels bad with this post, my intention is not to hurt anyone or make anyone feel bad nor am i countering a post... I just wanted to get this off my chest, I was really irritated and frustrated!
