I do think the Kanneda show might just maintain its numbers though..it just had the high voltage shaadi drama aunties loooowe. At least the acting is better than the promo. THAT promo was...something else 😆

Can I please second about the cage show? I find it extremely problematic that this show is not only allowed to air but also normalizes, in fact whitewashes and romanticizes such blatant abuse. Is there nowhere people can complain about the message this show is giving out? Why has nobody done it yet? Goodness. Also agree on the actress bit.

@cagewa - I agree, Dhairya. I don't find the actress particularly fits the message the show is trying to portray, that she's some hoor ki pari type. IDK about her acting skills since I refuse to watch even a clip of this show, where they once had her in brownface to disguise her from her ex/husband 🤢

@makkhiwa - I just...whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 😊 why is this show back on? Why is ITV still like this? Why do we still have - in freaking 2021!!! - the concept of forcibly making someone marry to save a family's izzat? Why can't you just own up to the fact that the intended bride ran away (clearly didn't want to be married) and let that be a consequence of you forcing your intentions on someone who wasn't ready? Instead of dhakelo-ing some poor sacrificial lamb into the fire?! if nothing else, have none of these people ever watched ITV shows before? 😆 they must know this track never ends well.

As for the PVP case, I saw that statement as well. I just wish the ITV celebs stay silent from now on and let the law take course.... and those who revealed the identity of the family be punished. How extemely irresponsible and offensive was that!

I second the kaneedaa pov. It'll atleast maintain its level for 3-4 weeks.

And i watched a few clips on insta...except for the kannedda crazy girl.. everyone's acting is okay. The other girl is better than both of them though..the ml and the other fl.

The cage show's initial track was apparently supposed to be different and the obsessive ml was supposed to become the villian but then fangirls started liking the pairing and down it went into the drain.

Ignore the visuals guys. Posting this for the voiceover ❤ . Kashaf's journey and growth in the show was a delight to watch . She is a character I loved, loved watching and felt for deeply too. I hope you enjoy watching ZGH as much as I did D. And Huma, Arshi maybe you can give this show a shot, if you find thing this to be your kind of thing. Always tops my recommendations when it comes to Paki dramas and a favourite I keep going back to rewatch.

THIS THIS. This right here is the problem. A good looking face and everything else in forgotten. Hormonal fangirls shipping the two. Regardless of that though, the makers should have known better than to listen to them when it is a serious topic such as the one they showed. Imagine the impressionable girls and psychopathetic boys or the other way round, watching a show like this and internalizing it.

I've only watched like 3 eps of it..and i like it. It's going very slow. But i do plan to watch it fully.
