Fact is, Vir should realise by now that what he felt for Saki was an elevated version of infatuation & nothing more!

I guess the only reason he was in 'intense' love, still mourning, remembering & sad (initial episodes) was because she died. Dint want to betray a dead 😆

Their's was never intense.

But with Purvi it's his Kismat Connection! She fascinated him, infuriated him & even has a strong hold over him. With Purvi it's Pure Love for him.

I am not sure if we can say that. The audience has not been privy to Vir & Sakshi relationship before her death.

In all likelihood, Vir & Sakshi may have had a great bonding in their intial days, that we do not know of. We just cannot fanthom them together, because the audience mind has already been molded for Purvir and nothing else can be tolerated.

All that has been shown to us is how Purvir relationship has blossomed, dazzling candy floss romance has just elevated our vision of Purvir to a large extent, infact several notches higer.😳

That said, from Vir's yearning for Sakshi in the days, she was depicted a beautiful person inside out. But the real Sakshi turned out to be the polar opp of that imaginary person. I wish she was left as an imagination, coming back to life has only tarnished her image. IMO.

Like all of you here, I too hate Sakshi and cannot stand seeing her. I have a small hope that because of the stark contrast in the imaginary/real Sakshi, she could be some imposter or something that has caused her to turn like this. The current Sakshi is not normal or sane by any means. She does not have one single thing that is likable about her, at least that's the way they are portraying her. 😕

I have not yet watched Fri episode. In thur epi - Sakshi is giving a lecture to him ( just hearing her voice is irritation!), trying to convince him to agree to Purvi's marriage. Her words - " agar aap maan jayenge, toh aapka pyar purvi ke liye saabit ho jayega ...." or something like that.

Why should he prove anything to her? Very vindictive. 😈

With Purvi, manipulation techique is different. She was able to succeed by 50% just be informing Purvi that mukhi agreed. The rest was done after she took mukhi's name again, his family, he will not let me in his heart... blah blah...😕 Still there was no reason for Puriv to agree.

Just for fun, a hypothetical scenario: Purvi is not in the picture. Lets say it was just Sakshi & Vir, great relationship as it was depicted to us. What if Vir had gone missing, Sakshi was now married to another man. And 5 years later voila, Vir came back. Sakshi tells Vir that she had begun to love her 2nd hubby etc, etc.

How weird it would be if Vir went to the 2nd hubby and said, "can you please leave?....... actually let me set you up with someone else, so that I can have Sakshi all to myself and also not carry the guilt of ripping you & sakshi apart" 🤪

What would Sakshi do? What would Vir do?

I think the right thing in this case is for Vir to walk out of the marriage. Similarly, sakshi should do the same here. No matter how many hypothetical scenarios I spin up, the only logical solution seems to be for Sakshi to walk out of the marriage on her own will. 😊

Completely agree with you Smitha! The Sakshi who Vir depicted in his thoughts & memories was beautiful...their love so pure! Zinda ho kar issne sab barbaad kar diya...akkha memory ka vaat laga diya!
