Could be. Rhea and her mom are playing the game. When Mayank's return wont help them, they will get IShqi new job somewhere else.

Last night with Rhea's "Main tumhe ek nahi hone de sakti" to Mayank in the scene the next morning.

She very well knows how emotionally fragile Ahaan is and easily he gets influenced by people around him. She knows if Mayank is back into the scene with his fake sob story, Ahaan is going to redevelop his anger towards Ishqi, which has sort of mellowed down right now.
