The only reason I have a slight hope that it's not pregnancy is because Rhea mentioned she's been waiting 2 years, and can't wait any longer.

Perhaps some old business issue for revenge? But that "tumne kya kiya hai" seems to point to some fault of Rhea that is unforgiveable. It doesn't look like money because her parents just bought the resort, so it might well be pregnancy

Pretty much yes- he was abusive.

Unclear about Savitri's mystery- maybe she accidentally killed him to protect herself, and that made Dadi put her in an asylum or something.
