Love Victor
Michael Cimino stars as Victor, a teen from a half Puerto Rican, half Colombian-American family living in Atlanta. It's a sequel to Love Simon and is a teenage drama about Victor, a closeted gay, and his school life.

Downton Abbey has a closeted gay character (by necessity since it was criminalized in those times), Thomas Barrow (played by Robbie James-Collier) and the show explores some his struggles with his homosexuality, including how he is sent for 'treatment' by his father, and also his brief relationship with a Duke (played by Charlie Cox) and then later with Richard Ellis, the King's Royal Dresser.
Here's a Tamil movie I recently found out about - En magan magizhvan (My son is gay). It's a small budget movie by an independent filmmaker (Lokesh) so please go give it some love. It's a lovely story about a boy who comes out as gay and his mother has trouble accepting it.
