Schitt's Creek!

Idk if someone has posted this already but I find the romantic relationship between David and Patrick to be the most refreshing, most unproblematic that I've ever seen on TV and that includes het relationships as well!

This video contains spoilers!

I have already recced it in the masterlist!

Have been meaning to get into it but just haven't found the time. 😆

Personally, I find sitcoms to be a perfect setting in exploring the LGBTQ+ community since it has that balance of seriousness and comedy. ❤️

Modern family has a gay couple that are parents and it's very sweet! I've only watched a few episodes but whatever I've watched has been cute! Idk if it's on Netflix in all countries though.

Riverdale has some queer/ gay characters but idk if it's the right recommendation since the show has a lot of problematic elements (namely Ace erasure) and the showrunners have also come under fire for queer baiting.

The Fosters is a family drama about a lesbian couple - one a cop, and the other a school principal and the children they foster.

Sacred Games has Kubra Sait playing a trans woman.

How to get away with murder has a gay couple - Connor and Oliver, and as far as I've watched (into season 5) they were still going strong. Also, the main character Annalise is bi.

Grey's Anatomy: Callie and Arizona had one of the most enduring relationships on the show with Callie coming out openly as bi.

Also, the 100, which I haven't watched but have seen a lot of gifs and memes on Tumblr about Clarke and Lexa.

Added everything except Riverdale. It's a hot trash of a show which I keep watching and the only reason why it has LGBTQ+ rep is to be fake woke and present sexualized teenagers in the name of them "exploring their sexuality". 😳
