I use one at time

mostly I use CC only

CS7 I couldn't get much ease at first, then used CS5 for gifs, then I lost both versions a friend of mine suggested CC now it is going good.

I too worked with Picsart, it helps u when ur a beginner

u can use multiple software that works but PS mein zaroor magic hai, try using that too, u will love it when ur siggies come out so good.
