If defending is wrong so declaring he did that crime is also wrong

I don't trust Mumbai police specially after sushant case

So if he did that crime he should get punish and if he is getting frame than that girl and her family also get punishment even if she is minor

I am not siding any one before judgement

One guy committed suicide because he was threaten by female employees

I don't know... either way, the child is a victim. It will need years of therapy for her to get out of this. either way she will be the one most affected. Imagine being used by someone else to put false accusations... and if it's real, then her suffering it's beyond comprehension, I don't even want to think about it.

I didn;t know this had happened till I logged into IF today... maine abhi tak sab kucch padha bhi nahin hai

I think not saying/supporting anything till everything is cleared is the best way.

Most probably it is 2 years old case

Medical reports received

Minor depend upon age if she is 11 or 12 it is parents blame

If she is 16 or more than she is mature enough to know what is she doing
