A gentleman guy cannot call off a wedding , unless the girl in question has done some heinous crime , because that leaves the girl in a very awkward position . He can go to the girl alone and tell her the truth , but in front of others , the girl has to be the one calling off the wedding , not the boy

Ahaan is a confused soul . From very childhood he has repeatedly been listening to Dadi's untrue banter about his mother and practically he and Sonu suffering due to that. Ahaan bin painde ka lota hai, he’s so impressionable that kahan jisne jo bola he gets influenced.. such people are very dangerous in real life.. kabhi bhi kuch bhi kar denge..he doesn’t know anyone properly in his life.. his best friend, Sonu, daadi.. everyone has secrets..

His constant pravachans about sanskar weigh heavily on people and they have to hide their true nature to be in his good books. The only person who is unapologetically himself around him and isn’t afraid to throw truth bombs at him is Karthik.

yes thats wat. he hasnt yet realised his love.

he hasnt allowed himself to love her actually. if he did then he would be betraying his best friend, and that would make him like his mom. that is his whole thing. he is punishing ishqi to prove to himself that he is not lime his mom.

he is in pain. but he cannot do anything about it because he would have to go against his family. that destroys his beliefs.

My take on Naam teen Banda MEAN—-

He actually thinks ishqi is a very strong girl to handle everything unlike what he said to her in hospital(when mausi was admitted). In fact that is what attracted him about her. He thinks ishqi is a elastic which he is trying to stretch and expect it to go back to its original position but he miscalculated and he stretched it too far and almost break it. He would soon realize it.
