Keerti is mature when it comes to everyone but not when it comes to understanding how much Raghav is hurting and that there can't be a good future for them as siblings until she also makes an effort to bridge the gap, instead of expecting Raghav to sort things out.

I agree he might have slapped her for that bhai behen natak thing but until she badmouthed the marriage he was listening patiently. That was the trigger point actually. He lost it at that moment. Until he was quiet.
