I still don't understand what did Dawar do? Why is Maham giving him such a hard time?

Edit: just started watching today's episode. So this is Maham's reaction to Dawar being upset with her & how he has started to see through her facade. I can understand where he's coming from; marriage is not always a bed of roses. Situations come our way and we can't always be in the mood for romance.

Now I can see that Maham is a combinatiom if things; sibling rivalry, ego and narcissism. She does want to be the center of attention and now she has turned to Salman to get her boost of ego 🤔

Am I reading her intentions right? Or is it that she wants to move on from Dawar to Salman or wants to keep them both? 😕

Just wrapped up the epi...

For starters, helped that there was a rerun of the last scene of yesterday’s epi...enjoyed watching it again, today!🤩

The Essa-Davar scene was good! Glad that Essa told Davar about his feelings for Navera...there’s somebody other than Essa who needs to know about it! Will be a tragedy really after this, if the drama goes the done to death “some majboori” way, due to which Davar and Navera end up together! No vested interests here, really!😀

The scene thereafter between Essa, Navera, and Rida was lovely! These 3 have forged such a genuine bond...it’s truly heartening to watch!❤️ LOVED the injection touch, as Rida was toning down the intensity of the event in her own mind...there was a blink and you miss it moment, when Essa reacts to Rida, as she talks about the injection vis-a-vis the surgery and its implications...

Usama Khan is a good actor!👏

The scene once again concluded brilliantly...Samira Fazal’s writing was clearly on display...as Essa, allayed Rida’s fears of paralysis not with the help of kid gloves, but “facing” the possibility of it upfront, yet with kindness and concern....in the language that both Rida and Essa understand the best...their common factor, Navera!
BRILLIANT piece of work, really...such a simple scene...so effectively conceptualised and executed! Kudos to the entire team!👏👍👌

Essa will be a character to remember for a very, very long time....he is intelligent, astute, kind, genuine, and all things aspirational...the beauty is he is all of this....yet, in the most nonchalant and unaffected manner!
And, that is what makes him so likeable and relatable!
Truly, very well written, directed and enacted as well....

I don’t know anything about Usama Khan’s body of work, but something tells me Essa could be his watershed moment!😊

P.S: The precap was FAB! Completely in line with the Essa, we know....looking forward to a refreshing take on the Essa-Navera-Rida journey ahead....not because I want to watch the drama for longer (and hopefully till the end)....but since, such a breath of fresh air, with a mind so sorted (read: Essa)....can’t go the cliched way!!
Sadly, if otherwise....will be the shortest drama, I would have ever watched, till date! :)

in moment of crisis maham is all narcist and is a sick and self centered. I really like the story ,it is not typical. I like how they show possibilities, surgery and all. Not like some shows where cancer ka matlab bus maut hai..now a days there is treatment and they should show positive.

I somehow feel essa will marry rida..it is sad but it may happen.

If Essa does marry Rida, that will be ridiculous 🙄. Essa doesn't seem like someone who would do that.

But then a lot of ridiculous things have happened on the show.
