Its a big blunder as kaazi takes bride and her father's name... They could have showed haadi getting surprised listening to bride's name instead of ghoonghat thing.

I am not sure about it but I guess farak parey ga. If that person would have change of mind at second time then he/she will not sign the paper of Nikkah (Nikkah nama) so simply nikkah nhi hoga.

Like in divorce pehli bar talaaq bolney sy talaq nhi hoti.

Meri baari to the molvi didnt even ask me or come to my room, he sent the witness to me to get the Nikkahnama signed and to seek my permission. After that he asked my dad for permission of Nikkah
