that creep will help them understand Raghav???🤣 oh god why. He's changing so much if his mom can't see it that's just sad, probably she don't deserve him if a third person is needed to patch them up. Also pallo is there.

SAMEEEEEE Keerthi wedding functions can be like mansi but raghvi romance, her dressing up being pretty, Raghav being teary eyed ko behen ki bidayi also I am Raghav rao agar mera behen ko takleef hua to chir dega 😆

I completely agree. I'd have slapped Raghav too that day, and I'm generally an extremely non-violent person 😆

I'll go one further- I was also okay with the slap when Raghav came home from the Deshmukhs, went to to Pallavi, and instead of apologizing, just started talking about how pathetic and undeserving they are. To her, it would have seemed like him underplaying his mistakes, like yeah, you lost these people because of me, but they're terrible, so actually not that big a deal! He might not have intended it that way, but it certainly came across like that. Also, I think that was the only slap on the show that didn't have an audience, right?

But I think, by then, so much unnecessary slapping had happened, that that too left a bitter taste.

I see Raghav's slap to keeti a perfect example of the kids learn what their parents do... raghav has got countless slaps from his mother and not to forget even from trashmukhs too .. so his reaction to keerti's accusations was this.

CVs really need to stop this slapfest... it isn't dramatic anymore.. it's rather repulsive.

But having said all that... Keerti and Raghav scene was powerful.. I liked her outburst... and Raghav's defense too.

I hate Sunny character... lampat no 1... and Keerti ko woh mila kaise 😖 it seems like his and keerti's relationship can turn into abusive one soon 🙄

I loved someone's idea of giving her sweet love story or an arranged marriage... why do we need another troubled love story in the parallel 🤔

Even I don't like such unnecessary slapping scenes. The only slaps justified would be when pallavi slapped raghav for that money throwing and 19-20 raatein dialogue and also the slap after their marriage as she was the one forced into something and it was her life at stake, fir bhi I feel pallavi under reacted. The worst slap I feel was when Vijay slapped farhad. I mean how can he slap someone's employee for no reason?

I dnt like the fact that they have inhibitions.showing intimacy but slaps are always encouraged..

Men slapping women

Women slapping man..

Matlab konsi awaam hai jo ye slaps dekh ker trps generate kerti hai..

I dnt understand the fact😟

I think Amma and Keerti have become emotionally abusive. They're making use of his guilt to extract whatever they want and say whatever that comes to their mind without bothering to actually address the issue. This is not right. End of the day, he hurts too. And they know this. Do they enjoy hurting him so they can get back at him for what happened back in the day?

Amma was not speaking to Raghav for 10 years. From 17 to 27. The man has gone through mountains of problems in this time, developed his own personality and has lived an utterly lonely and sad life. Then she has a change of heart (due to change in the actress ) and she emotionally blackmails him to marry Pallavi and then acts so shocked when she finds out that he forced Pallavi into this marriage. Woman, what did you think he'll do? Anyway, I let that slide now coz ...ITV! Today she said that if Raghav is the one who has planned the arrest of VJ then she will unleash her worst on him. Which brings to the front another issue - Is she all about punishment or is she genuinely interested in his reform? I think the former. Her punishment will be a parade of his past follies, opening the wounds one more time and she will take him on a guilt trip. I think she should not live with Raghav if she cannot show any faith in his efforts. When you say that you've given someone a chance, you just don't speak those words but you show faith. She is just speaking because at the drop of a hat, her faith dissipates.

Coming to Keerti, she's the middle child so she must be 24, Pallavi's age. Or a year older. She has always been cold to Raghav in all the past scenes with him. She does feel for him because after all, he's her brother, but Amma's constant rejection and their past has never let her fully accept him. Then with Amma, she comes to live with him, and calls him out on his misdeeds, which is commendable. However, calling out is NOT enough. They know what happened, why will they not work it out as a family? Instead they go in circles, make Raghav feel more guilty and their wounds never heal. Have they become comfortable with the pain that they don't want it to change? This is a possibility. Keerti is a woman of reason, she can speak to her brother without being venomous. Her words today were misdirected because she had an issue with Sunny. Raghav slaps her when she says that he has used money to get Pallavi in his life. If you think of this deeply, its wrong on so many levels. It insinuates that he offered Pallavi money to stay with him. He did not do this. He used his power but he did not "purchase" her and he has never acted like he owns her even when the MU was not cleared. So she was definitely wrong to bring this up, ESPECIALLY, when she is aware that both of them are trying to work it out and Raghav is trying, tooth and nail.

If a man wants to change, he needs a chance to change and reform. Everyone deserves this chance. Pallavi gave him a chance and is genuinely trying on her side to see his point of view. Amma and Keerti have not given him a chance yet. What if they find out that it was not Raghav's fault but it was a sabotage in which he was unfortunately the flag bearer? If they can't give him a chance, then they need to go back to their old ways of not living with him because their emotional abuse is not fair on someone who is trying day and night to make amends. He cannot change the past, but he's slowly finding his bearing by working on his flaws, but no thanks to his family. All thanks to Pallavi, the last person he expects trust from. This is what faith looks like.

If he goes back to his old self, it will all be thanks to their lack of support, emotional torture and judgmental nature.

Raghav was in control all along with regards to his policy on not slapping women..Even at the extreme moment of his folks being in jail, he didn't hit Pallavi...

Today, I felt it came natural for him being for 1. the younger sister and 2. speaking about his relationship with his wife, she held no right.

They both will apologize to each other am sure.

When I complain about the slap today, it's not about Raghav as a character, it's my issue with the show's decision to normalize slapping to this extent. It's problematic and lazy writing, from a show that I expect much better from, because in most other aspects, they're top notch.

This show has not shied away from men slapping their partner, and the scenes have been coded in a way where we are supposed to root for the men in those instances- be it Anjali's fiancé slapping her when Raghav exposes her for cheating, or Milind slapping Sulochana for the abortion fiasco. Yes, the women were wrong in those scenarios. Their partners were justified in their anger, but the writers should have used a better way to depict it. Similarly, today, Raghav's anger was justified. Kirti had absolutely no business making the extremely insulting remarks she made, and it was in character for him to lash out. Again, it's lazy writing to me the writers once again went with a slap here.

I'm not even approaching this from a gendered perspective right now though. The two slaps on this show that have offended me the most are Vijay slapping Farhad, and Mansi slapping Nikhil. Absolutely uncalled for, and came out of nowhere, and to the most adorable, good people in the show 💔. Raghav and Kirti will get around to resolving their issues, sure, but what's making me uncomfortable is how regularly this is happening.
