Also, RM's behaviour is making it look like there is a secret behind R's identity😕. So far RM has never shown emotions openly. But when it comes to R, she is unable to control herself. Today she did not even care for her political career, instead was worried for R. According to the show V & R, both are her sons. Then why is she so indifferent to V.

It seems like V is her step son which makes R & V half brothers.
