Exactly my thoughts! I guess she's outraged because she was so excited and proud to represent SIAC @ the seminar and Shaurya ruined her trip, it was blurted out by impulsive behaviour! She didn't really wished to address him as tum... I guess later when her anger cools down, she'll again start saying "Aap"

Its nothing to do with character nor age, its the love and comfort level to call each other tum. Anokhi has now found peace , he assured again that he will fulfill all the promises made by him, she feels secured hence tum .

Rain sequence can't be a dream! I don't think so, but precap is always misleading... Shagun ke sab sunne se pehle hi romance ho jayega ya phir Shagun pehle hi sun legi and then she'll quietly witness ShaKhi rain romance and then she'll reveal about the engagement
