I don’t think so. The only reason Pakhi is being asked to play Devi is to show Pakhi in a funny light so that viewers can laugh at her. It’s just a play for crying out loud. How does bagging an important role in a play within a story establish the person as important? The show has been focusing on SaiRat for a long time now and Pakhi is continuously shown in a bad light which only makes audience love Sayi more. Where is the favouritism in that?

Worse, he equated Pakhi’s care and concern with Sai’s care and concern (this was after Pakhi didn’t let Sai stay with her own husband and instead Pakhi stayed the night w him). So acc to him, Virat is a two timer with a wife and a mistress? How can he defend Pakhi in that circumstance? Ajeeb.
