it looks like both ridhu and vyom are in same boat of immense grief. now i understood why he saved ridhu's child as he has last his own. both are hallucinating people they love the most.

Actually it's good.....if he past is presented through his emotions then his actions will seem justified through his pov.

That's the mistake they did with Kabir....if Kabir's past was projected then his delusional beliefs would have made sense and his pov on how his own mother and the surrounding shaped him like that.
